- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and continuous improvement.
- Promote proactive talent acquisition strategies among hiring managers.
- Represent the company at career fairs and educational institutions.
- Manage the Watchmaker school program, including recruitment and stakeholder communication.
- Provide guidance on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Organize and attend hearings, maintaining accurate records.
- Equip managers with tools for handling employee relations and identifying improvement areas.
- Stay updated on employment law to ensure policy compliance.
- Identify and deliver training solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with training providers to customize and coordinate training content.
- Design and deliver training on HR topics such as employment law and diversity.
- Drive performance improvement and support managers in setting performance objectives.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, guiding managers through transitions.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion practices across HR processes.
- Maintain HR trackers for accurate reporting and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes.
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in leading HR projects and driving change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with data analysis skills.
Proven experience in a similar HR role with a strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law.
CIPD Qualified or equivalent
