1. Act as a strategic partner to business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

2. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
