1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
