- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.

- Manage employee relations and performance management processes.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
