- Oversee the entire retail sales team and drive revenue generation across all locations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store profitability.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to maximize store performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts aligned with budget and commercial targets.
- Supervise sales operations strategies to maximize growth potential.
- Create and utilize reports for daily business operations.
- Manage inventory levels and product assortment in line with Swatch HQ procedures.

- Establish and manage the retail expense budget for the country.

- Ensure brand identity and image are maintained in stores.
- Conduct weekly meetings with District Managers.

- Support 29 locations with 5 direct reports.
- 8-10 years of retail management experience.
- Strong alignment with brand values.
- Strong negotiation skills.

- Effective communication skills.
8-10 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on sales strategy and team leadership.
