1. Oversee the entire retail sales team and drive revenue generation across all locations.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store profitability.
3. Analyze sales data and KPIs to maximize store performance.
4. Prepare sales forecasts aligned with budget and commercial targets.
5. Supervise sales operations strategies to maximize growth potential.
6. Create and utilize reports for daily business operations.
7. Manage inventory levels and product assortment in line with Swatch HQ procedures.
8. Identify new business opportunities and potential store locations.
9. Establish and manage the retail expense budget for the country.
10. Evaluate competitive challenges and identify growth opportunities.
11. Ensure brand identity and image are maintained in stores.
12. Conduct weekly meetings with District Managers.
13. Foster a cooperative and efficient retail organization spirit.
14. Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback.
15. Support 29 locations with 5 direct reports.

1. 8-10 years of retail management experience.
