- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
