1. Lead and manage the human resources department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and maintain top talent.
4. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
5. Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
6. Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
7. Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
8. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar senior HR role.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
4. Strong leadership and management skills.

A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
