1. Lead and manage the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar senior HR role.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
4. Experience in the luxury retail or watchmaking industry is preferred.
