1. Lead and manage the human resources department for the assigned watch brand.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the brand's business objectives.
3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
6. Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
7. Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a senior HR role within the luxury or watchmaking industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
