Swatch Group Head of Controller Service

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with the accounting department and validate management reporting.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and derive actionable recommendations.
- Manage controlling requirements for business units, including sales, revenue, costs, and investments.
- Support executive management in economic control and strategic decision-making.
- Implement risk management and internal control systems.
- Participate in cross-departmental, company-relevant projects.
- Continuously develop and manage subordinate staff both professionally and disciplinarily.
- Conduct retail audits and inventories.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach.
- Affinity for numbers and creativity in problem-solving.
- Ability to distill complex issues into essential points and communicate them clearly.
- High level of initiative and entrepreneurial commitment to drive topics forward and optimize processes.

Extensive experience in financial controlling and management reporting, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
