Swatch Group General Accounting and Treasury Manager

- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the treasury department, including cash management, forecasting, and investment activities.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and projections for senior management.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury goods or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and treasury management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
