3. Prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
4. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
5. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
6. Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
3. Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury or retail sector.
