Swatch Group Export Specialist

- Create shipments and forwarding orders in SAP, adhering to country-specific and legal regulations.
- Prepare IATA-compliant Dangerous Goods Declarations for air freight (Class 9).
- Monitor SAP cockpits for drop shipments.
- Notify freight forwarders.
- Track shipments to ensure delivery to customers (Track & Trace).
- Manage troubleshooting and complaints.
- Maintain transport statistics.
- Calculate freight costs.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot in SAP with internal IT support.
- Participate in projects.
- Commercial training or equivalent education.
- Experience in international goods traffic and/or forwarding.
- Preferably experienced in handling dangerous goods (Lithium Metal and Ion Batteries) with a valid IATA-DGR Certificate for Class 9.
- Knowledge and interest in export and customs matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm in hectic situations and under time pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to new situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to developing new solutions.
Experience in international goods traffic and/or forwarding is required, with a preference for those familiar with dangerous goods handling.
Commercial training or equivalent education required.
