1. Create shipments and forwarding orders in SAP, adhering to country-specific and legal regulations.
2. Prepare IATA-compliant Dangerous Goods Declarations for air freight (Class 9).
3. Monitor SAP cockpits for drop shipments.
4. Notify freight forwarders.
5. Track shipments to ensure delivery to customers (Track & Trace).
6. Manage troubleshooting and complaints.
7. Maintain transport statistics.
8. Calculate freight costs.
9. Coordinate and troubleshoot in SAP with internal IT support.
10. Participate in projects.

1. Commercial training or equivalent education.
2. Experience in international goods traffic and/or forwarding.
3. Preferably experienced in handling dangerous goods (Lithium Metal and Ion Batteries) with a valid IATA-DGR Certificate for Class 9.
4. Knowledge and interest in export and customs matters.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
2. Ability to remain calm in hectic situations and under time pressure.
3. Flexibility and adaptability to new situations.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to developing new solutions.

Experience in international goods traffic and/or forwarding is required, with a preference for those familiar with dangerous goods handling.

Commercial training or equivalent education required.
