Swatch Group Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer.
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
- Attend meetings and record minutes.
- Coordinate and facilitate the execution of special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within the legal sector or a corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
