Swatch Group Executive Assistant to Country Manager

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Country Manager.
- Manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments.
- Assist with daily administrative duties, including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, and composing correspondence.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compile documents for meetings.
- Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems for the Country Manager.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the Country Manager.
- Review and prioritize all incoming emails, telephone calls, and inquiries, handling them when appropriate.
- Prepare presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Monitor, organize, and maintain the Country Manager’s diary and make appointments in Outlook.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, SOPs, reports, and presentations.
- Provide general assistance during meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Significant experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant to senior management.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of the English language for composing letters, drafting proposals, and preparing presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs at an intermediate level.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise diplomacy.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Significant experience operating as a personal assistant or executive assistant to a senior management team.
