Swatch Group Executive Assistant to Chief Legal Officer

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer.
- Manage and organize the Chief Legal Officer's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the legal department and other departments within the organization.
- Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents and files.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the legal team in various administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the legal or luxury industry.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives in a legal or luxury fashion environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
