Swatch Group Edge Machine Learning Engineer

- Formulate problem-solving strategies based on client requirements.
- Acquire and process data to build a database for the learning phase.
- Develop and optimize neural network models.
- Validate the performance of developed solutions.
- Deploy developed solutions within integrated circuits.
- Document developed solutions.
- Support the transfer of developed solutions to Swatch Group production companies.
- Engineering degree or equivalent in Electronics, Microtechnology, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Experience in AI / Machine Learning.
- In-depth knowledge of AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- Experience in Edge ML and TinyML is advantageous.
- Advanced data analysis knowledge.
- Strong understanding of signal processing and physical phenomena modeling.
- Good understanding of MCU architecture electronic systems using sensors (accelerometer, IMU, etc.).
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary projects is a plus.
Experience in AI / Machine Learning with a focus on Edge ML and TinyML is preferred.
Engineering degree or equivalent in Electronics, Microtechnology, Computer Science, or Data Science.
