1. Coordinate distribution-related activities with personnel.
2. Track department activity statistics and generate reports for management.
3. Develop staff skills and provide motivation and guidance by reviewing performance and providing timely feedback.
4. Inform management of developing trends in the area and perform other related activities or special projects as assigned.

1. Minimum one year of supervisory distribution experience in jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesaling.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
4. Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
5. High degree of organization and follow-through.

2. Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
3. Capability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
4. Physical ability to walk up steps, kneel, speak, hear, bend, reach, lift, and move for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.

A minimum of one year in a supervisory role within distribution, specifically in jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesaling.
