Swatch Group Distribution Center Supervisor

- Coordinate distribution-related activities with personnel.
- Track department activity statistics and generate reports for management.
- Develop staff skills and provide motivation and guidance by reviewing performance and providing timely feedback.
- Inform management of developing trends in the area and perform other related activities or special projects as assigned.
- Minimum one year of supervisory distribution experience in jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesaling.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- High degree of organization and follow-through.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and projects within the operation.
- Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail.
- Capability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to walk up steps, kneel, speak, hear, bend, reach, lift, and move for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
A minimum of one year in a supervisory role within distribution, specifically in jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesaling.
