Swatch Group Distribution Center Supervisor

- Coordinate distribution-related activities with personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Track departmental activity statistics and generate comprehensive reports for management review.
- Develop staff skills and provide motivation and guidance through performance reviews and timely feedback.
- Inform management of emerging trends in the distribution area and undertake special projects as assigned.
- Oversee daily activities to meet departmental productivity, quality, and service goals.
- Prioritize, assign, and review work while monitoring departmental resources and equipment.
- Provide backup and general support throughout the operation, specifically in distribution and inventory management.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in distribution within the jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesale sectors.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and projects within the operation.
- Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written; bilingual Spanish is advantageous.
- High degree of organization and follow-through.
- Team player with a positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
