1. Coordinate distribution-related activities with personnel to ensure seamless operations.
2. Track departmental activity statistics and generate comprehensive reports for management review.
3. Develop staff skills and provide motivation and guidance through performance reviews and timely feedback.
4. Inform management of emerging trends in the distribution area and undertake special projects as assigned.
5. Oversee daily activities to meet departmental productivity, quality, and service goals.
6. Prioritize, assign, and review work while monitoring departmental resources and equipment.
7. Provide backup and general support throughout the operation, specifically in distribution and inventory management.

1. Minimum one year of supervisory experience in distribution within the jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesale sectors.
2. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to independently manage tasks and projects within the operation.
5. Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written; bilingual Spanish is advantageous.
6. High degree of organization and follow-through.
7. Team player with a positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
