1. Coordinate distribution-related activities with personnel
2. Track department activity statistics and generate reports for management
3. Develop skills of staff and provide motivation and guidance through performance reviews and feedback
4. Inform management of developing trends in the area
5. Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned

1. Minimum one year of supervisory distribution experience in jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesaling
2. Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written; bilingual Spanish is a plus

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP preferred
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. Ability to independently manage tasks and projects
4. High degree of organization and follow-through
5. Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail
6. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines

At least one year of supervisory experience in distribution within the jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses sectors.
