Swatch Group Distribution Center Supervisor

Swatch Group is an international leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of finished watches, jewelry, watch movements, and components. The company supplies nearly all components required by its 16 watch brands and provides movements and components to third-party watchmakers globally. Swatch Group is also a significant player in the manufacture and sale of electronic systems used in watchmaking and other industries.

1. Coordinate distribution-related activities with personnel
2. Track department activity statistics and generate reports for management
3. Develop skills of staff and provide motivation and guidance by reviewing performance and providing feedback
4. Inform management of developing trends in the area
5. Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned

1. Minimum one year of supervisory distribution experience in jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesaling
2. Experienced with WMS; SAP is a preference
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
4. Fluent in professional English communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus
5. High degree of organization and follow-through
6. Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail
7. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
