Swatch Group Distribution Center Supervisor

- Coordinate distribution-related activities with personnel
- Track department activity statistics and generate reports for management
- Develop skills of staff and provide motivation and guidance through performance reviews and feedback
- Inform management of developing trends in the area
- Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned
- Minimum one year of supervisory distribution experience in jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses wholesaling
- Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written; bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to independently manage tasks and projects
- High degree of organization and follow-through
- Team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
At least one year of supervisory experience in distribution within the jewelry, watches, cosmetics, or sunglasses sectors.
