1. Proven experience in a distribution or logistics environment, preferably in a returns role.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
