Diagnostics & Quality Control Technician

1. Visually inspect watches in accordance with prescribed standards
2. Manually operate watches to check functions against specifications
3. Operate diagnostic equipment to test performance
4. Physically transfer watches between task areas
5. Describe defects and identify points of failure
6. Record results of evaluation onto client correspondence
7. Ensure that work has been carried out as requested
8. Utilize hand tools
9. Prepare watches for shipment
10. Interact with technical, administrative, and other staff members
11. Maintain professional appearance and orderly working habits
12. Stand and sit for extended periods of time
13. Assist with regular shop upkeep and routine equipment maintenance
14. Other duties as assigned

1. Experience in servicing a variety of luxury Swiss made watches, specifically Prestige brands

1. Strong diagnostic skills
2. Good customer service and communication skills
3. Knowledge of the SAP System is advantageous
4. Ability to read and write English
5. Manual dexterity
6. Familiarity with wristwatches is helpful
