Swatch Group Diagnostics & Quality Control Technician

- Visually inspect watches to ensure adherence to prescribed standards.
- Manually operate watches to verify functions against specifications.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to assess performance.
- Transfer watches between task areas as required.
- Identify and describe defects and points of failure.
- Record evaluation results in client correspondence.
- Ensure completion of work as requested.
- Utilize hand tools for various tasks.
- Prepare watches for shipment.
- Collaborate with technical, administrative, and other staff members.
- Maintain professional appearance and orderly working habits.
- Stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Assist with regular shop upkeep and routine equipment maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in servicing luxury Swiss-made watches, particularly Prestige brands.
- Strong diagnostic skills.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the SAP System is advantageous.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with wristwatches is helpful.

Experience in servicing a variety of luxury Swiss-made watches, specifically within the Prestige brands, is required.
