1. Visually inspect watches to ensure adherence to prescribed standards.
2. Manually operate watches to verify functions against specifications.
3. Utilize diagnostic equipment to assess performance.
4. Transfer watches between task areas as required.
5. Identify and describe defects and points of failure.
6. Record evaluation results in client correspondence.
7. Ensure completion of work as requested.
8. Utilize hand tools for various tasks.
9. Prepare watches for shipment.
10. Collaborate with technical, administrative, and other staff members.
11. Maintain professional appearance and orderly working habits.
12. Stand and sit for extended periods of time.
13. Assist with regular shop upkeep and routine equipment maintenance.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Experience in servicing luxury Swiss-made watches, particularly Prestige brands.
2. Strong diagnostic skills.
3. Good customer service and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of the SAP System is advantageous.
5. Ability to read and write in English.
6. Manual dexterity.
7. Familiarity with wristwatches is helpful.

Experience in servicing a variety of luxury Swiss-made watches, specifically within the Prestige brands, is required.
