Swatch Group Customer Service Representative

- Provide exemplary customer service to various watch brands, including Omega, Tissot, Longines, Hamilton, and Swatch.
- Manage customer interactions via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Process orders and coordinate with distribution facilities to ensure efficient delivery.
- Support internal brand teams and re-sellers with product knowledge and inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in training new agents as required.
- Demonstrate and explain product benefits to clients.
- Adapt to additional working hours during peak seasons.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with ease.
- Proven dependability and reliability.
- High School Diploma; some college education is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Some experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Experience in a consumer or e-commerce setting is advantageous.
High School Diploma; some college is a plus.
