Swatch Group Customer Service Representative

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to various watch brands and distribution facilities.
- Answer phones, place orders, and manage shipping inquiries in a call center environment.
- Respond promptly to email inquiries and meet departmental deadlines and goals.
- Utilize company resources to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Assist in training new agents as required.
- Explain and demonstrate the benefits of clients' products.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and organization while multitasking under pressure.
- Work collaboratively as a team player while managing individual workload priorities.
- Adapt to additional working hours during peak seasons.
- Experience in customer service roles such as Customer Service Representative, Associate, Assistant, Coordinator, or Agent.
- Experience in a call center or consumer/e-Commerce environment is advantageous.
- Proven dependability and reliability.
- High School Diploma required; some college education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions.
Some experience working with the general public or in a call center environment is required.
High School Diploma; some college education is a plus.
