Swatch Group Customer Service Representative

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, placing orders, and managing shipping inquiries.
- Support internal brands and resellers with timely responses to email inquiries and adherence to departmental deadlines.
- Utilize company resources to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and proactively refresh understanding of the latest offerings.
- Assist in training new agents and demonstrate the benefits of clients' products.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and organization while multitasking under pressure.
- Exhibit flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons.
- Prioritize and manage individual workload while contributing to team objectives.
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with consumer or e-commerce environments is beneficial.
- Proven dependability and reliability in previous roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Some experience working with the general public or in a call center environment is preferred.
High School Diploma required; some college education is a plus.
