- Provide excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Service same-day business for the distribution channel across the United States.
- Work as a team player while managing individual workload.
- Answer phones, place orders, and provide shipping information in a call center environment.
- Support brands and re-sellers.
- Respond to email inquiries promptly and meet departmental deadlines and goals.
- Utilize company resources for product knowledge and stay updated on latest product offerings.
- Answer queries professionally and honestly.
- Multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Maintain superior follow-up skills.
- Assist in training new agents as required.
- Explain and demonstrate the benefits of clients’ products.
- Work additional hours during peak seasons.
- Learn new tasks for team and individual growth.
- Be a dependable and reliable team player.
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative, Associate, Assistant, Coordinator, or Agent is a plus.
- Experience working with the general public or in a call center environment.
- Proven record of dependability and reliability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- High School Diploma; some college is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Team ambition and goal-oriented.
- Quick decision-making skills.
- Eagerness to learn and value product knowledge.
- Skilled listener.
Some experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred. Previous experience in a consumer/e-commerce environment is a plus.
High School Diploma; some college is a plus.
