Swatch Group Customer Service Officer

- Deliver exceptional communication and customer service to clients
- Ensure professional presentation of services
- Provide first-level technical assistance to clients
- Perform detailed diagnostics on timepieces to identify necessary repairs
- Conduct quality control checks on watches returned from service
- Engage with clients to assess service needs and recommend corrective actions
- Complete administrative tasks as required
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding delays or updates
- Conduct weekly stock take to manage inventory
- Resolve client queries and provide effective solutions
- Sell watches when required and assist with stock counts
- Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of watch technology
- Demonstrate expertise in watch movements, calibres, and functions to clients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Decisive, courteous, customer-oriented, and able to handle stress
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Passion for watches and the Longines brand
Experience in customer service roles is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in luxury retail environments. Familiarity with the watch industry is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
