Swatch Group Customer Relations Specialist

- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Fluency in French; additional languages are an asset.
A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or client relations role, ideally within the luxury or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
