1. Manage customer relations for after-sales service and e-commerce cases for individual and professional clients.
2. Monitor and follow up on client cases.
3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, policies, and internal regulations.
5. Communicate with clients and inform management of complex cases.
6. Ensure timely processing of cases in accordance with brand guidelines.
7. Update customer database and manage documentation of all communications.
8. Prepare activity analyses and reports for brand management.
9. Provide initial technical support to customers.
10. Uphold brand interests while maintaining a professional image towards clients.

1. Minimum of a vocational diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in customer relations.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Professional proficiency in English.

A minimum of one year of experience in customer relations is required.
