Swatch Group Customer Care Officer

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
- Strong understanding of customer care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
