- Interact daily with B2C and B2B customers to address product or service requests professionally and promptly.
- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels including email, phone, chat, and social media.
- Provide comprehensive support related to after-sales services, including warranty terms, repair status, and spare parts availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and complaints efficiently.
- Handle B2C service repair estimates and work to convert refusals.
- Resolve end-customer requests and complaints in collaboration with B2B partners.
- Manage a customer loyalty voucher program.
- Assist customers with accessory recommendations, such as suitable watch straps.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, Outlook, SAP, and others to process tasks accurately and update records.
- Ensure customer requests and complaints are handled in line with company standards and policies.
- Provide feedback for improving customer experience.
- Prepare and control monthly schedules for staff at points of sale.
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks during POS activities and roadshows.
- Support training preparation and coordination.
- Prepare internal memos and follow up on authorized signatures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good command of English
A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
