1. Plan, coordinate, and develop the Group's HR processes.
2. Review and analyze consolidated data to provide recommendations through data analytics.
3. Plan and conduct required analyses for Compensation & Benefits, including social insurance, and HR Controlling benchmarks.
4. Support HR departments across the Group with various analyses.
5. Participate in and develop diverse internal projects.

1. University degree or equivalent in Economics or Business Management.
2. Excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational skills, and solution-oriented mindset.

1. Proficiency in numerical data and data analysis.
2. Specific knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, both in Switzerland and internationally.
3. Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and various IT tools.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, efficiency, autonomy, and teamwork capability.

Experience in HR processes, data analysis, and Compensation & Benefits is required.

University degree in Economics or Business Management.
