Corporate Controller

1. Regular review of monthly financial and operational reports of Group companies
2. Comparison of actual results with targets and analysis of discrepancies
3. Adhoc reviews and analysis of specific subjects as requested by Group CEO/CCO
4. Review operational processes, systems, and structures of Group companies for effectiveness and efficiency
5. Organize and perform Operational Reviews/Cost Reviews
6. Design, implement, and maintain controlling instruments such as cost accounting and KPIs
7. Ensure compliance of Group companies with business standards and Swatch Group principles
8. Develop Audit Guidelines on specific subjects and perform on-site audits
9. Participate in strategic projects such as acquisitions, restructurings, and new activities

1. University degree in Business Economics/Accounting
2. CIA, CPA, or Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling is an advantage
