1. Conduct regular reviews of monthly financial and operational reports from Group companies.
2. Compare actual results with targets and analyze discrepancies.
3. Perform ad hoc reviews and analyses as requested by Group CEO/CCO.
4. Evaluate operational processes, systems, and structures for effectiveness and efficiency, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
5. Organize and conduct Operational and Cost Reviews.
6. Design, implement, and maintain advanced controlling instruments such as cost accounting and KPIs.
7. Ensure compliance with generally accepted business standards and Swatch Group principles and guidelines.
8. Develop audit guidelines on specific subjects and conduct on-site audits as required.
9. Participate in strategic projects including acquisitions, restructurings, and the development of new activities.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a related function within an operational company, ideally with managerial experience.
2. Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and financial/statistical systems.
3. University degree in Business Economics or Accounting. CIA, CPA, or Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling is advantageous.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
5. Good commercial judgment and independence of mind.
6. Effective influencing and team-working skills.
7. Hands-on approach with project management experience as an advantage.
8. Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

3-5 years of experience in a related function within an operational company, ideally with managerial experience.
