Swatch Group Corporate Controller

- Conduct regular reviews of monthly financial and operational reports from Group companies.
- Compare actual results with targets and analyze discrepancies.
- Perform ad hoc reviews and analyses as requested by Group CEO/CCO.
- Evaluate operational processes, systems, and structures for effectiveness and efficiency, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Organize and conduct Operational and Cost Reviews.
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced controlling instruments such as cost accounting and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted business standards and Swatch Group principles and guidelines.
- Develop audit guidelines on specific subjects and conduct on-site audits as required.
- Participate in strategic projects including acquisitions, restructurings, and the development of new activities.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related function within an operational company, ideally with managerial experience.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and financial/statistical systems.
- University degree in Business Economics or Accounting. CIA, CPA, or Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling is advantageous.
- Integrity and strong internal drive.
- Highly analytical with the ability to think laterally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Good commercial judgment and independence of mind.
- Effective influencing and team-working skills.
- Hands-on approach with project management experience as an advantage.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
3-5 years of experience in a related function within an operational company, ideally with managerial experience.
