1. Oversee the complete accounting cycle for multiple retail, e-commerce, and wholesale profit centers.
2. Perform month-end general ledger account reconciliations and reviews to ensure accurate monthly recognition and reporting of accruals and associated expenses.
3. Prepare analysis and journal entries for multiple profit centers.
4. Assist with the monthly preparation of financial reports and financial statements.
5. Act as a resource during the annual audit by providing supporting documentation as requested.
6. Maintain accounting controls by reviewing, preparing, and recommending policies and procedures.
7. Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet summaries, analyses, and roll-forwards for assigned business accounts.
8. Research and respond to inquiries from internal team members, management, and related parties.
9. Maintain the integrity of data in accounts and functional areas of responsibility.
10. Work on process improvement projects as assigned.
11. Perform special projects to assist the department and the company in achieving its goals and objectives.
12. Execute all other duties assigned by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a public or corporate accounting role is required.
3. Proficiency with the financial system SAP is mandatory.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
5. Strong mathematical skills are required.
6. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
7. Possess strong analytical skills.
8. Working knowledge of GAAP principles is essential.

2. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.
3. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and high-level functions.
4. Strong time management skills and the ability to be both effective and efficient in work.
5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a public or corporate accounting role is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
