1. Oversee the complete accounting cycle for diverse retail, e-commerce, and wholesale profit centers.
2. Execute month-end general ledger account reconciliations and reviews to ensure precise monthly recognition and reporting of accruals and associated expenses.
3. Prepare analyses and journal entries for multiple profit centers.
4. Assist in the monthly preparation of financial reports and financial statements.
5. Serve as a resource during the annual audit by providing supporting documentation as requested.
6. Maintain accounting controls by reviewing, preparing, and recommending policies and procedures.
7. Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet summaries, analyses, and roll-forwards for assigned business accounts.
8. Research and respond to inquiries from internal team members, management, and related parties.
9. Ensure data integrity in accounts and functional areas of responsibility.
10. Engage in process improvement projects as assigned.
11. Perform special projects to assist the department and the company in achieving its goals and objectives.
12. Fulfill all other duties assigned by Management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a public or corporate accounting role is required.
3. Proficiency with the financial system SAP is essential.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
5. Strong mathematical skills are required.
6. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
7. Possess strong analytical skills.
8. Working knowledge of GAAP principles is necessary.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.
11. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and high-level functions.
12. Strong time management skills and ability to be both effective and efficient in work.
13. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
