1. Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
4. Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
5. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably within the retail or commercial sector.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management is required.
