1. Oversee the entire construction process from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
2. Manage construction lifecycle activities, including RFIs, meeting minutes, and project closeout documentation.
3. Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with project objectives.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate processes and standards throughout the project.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project updates, changes, and inquiries.
6. Ensure integration of project processes to achieve brand objectives and maintain brand identity.
7. Verify accuracy and compliance of construction documents with brand and industry standards.
8. Oversee quality management processes to ensure brand satisfaction and project success.
9. Prepare and manage schedules for architects, vendors, and contractors to meet project deadlines.
10. Secure delivery of materials and services, and manage procurement processes.
11. Issue RFPs, compare bids, and negotiate proposals with contractors and vendors.
12. Maintain quality standards during design, implementation, and construction phases.
13. Proactively address and resolve anticipated project obstacles.
14. Assume full responsibility for project quality and efficiency.
15. Travel to project sites as required, and work off-hours when necessary.

1. Bachelor’s degree or Vocational Degree in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with a preference for luxury retail or mixed-use projects.
3. Proven experience with high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
4. Comprehensive knowledge of construction process documents, including submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
5. Experience in procurement, sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and delivering project materials.
6. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Excel.
7. Strong understanding of building department procedures in major US cities.
8. Expertise in negotiating vendor and contractor agreements and change orders.
