1. Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
2. Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors.
3. Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
4. Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms’ performance.
5. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting.
6. Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards.

1. Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or relevant role.
2. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
3. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position within the luxury or retail industry is required.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
