Swatch Group Brand Controller

- Review, pre-validate, and establish Internal Orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and budgetary constraints.
- Provide comprehensive reporting packages and monthly analyses to support the financial close process.
- Serve as a financial partner to brand divisions, offering strategic insights and support.
- Facilitate compliance with corporate policies within the Wholesale/Retail divisions.
- Assist in the monthly close process by providing accurate accruals and key financial figures.
- Validate COOP agreements and coordinate retail development processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Support the evaluation of new retail locations and the development of business plans.
- Maintain and develop the corporate lease database.
- Conduct cost, ratio, and trend analyses to identify financial irregularities and trends.
- Perform independent monthly margin and P&L analyses.
- Execute ad hoc analyses as directed by the Controlling Director.
- Ensure accurate management of watch consignment and coordinate logistics for special sales events.
- Recommend corrective measures to management based on financial analyses.
- Participate in cross-division projects, offering process and control-related advice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting role within a medium to large-sized organization.
- Proficiency in SAP financial systems.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a corporate accounting role within a medium to large-sized organization is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
