1. Review, pre-validate, and establish Internal Orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and budgetary constraints.
2. Provide comprehensive reporting packages and monthly analyses to support the financial close process.
3. Serve as a financial partner to brand divisions, offering strategic insights and support.
4. Facilitate compliance with corporate policies within the Wholesale/Retail divisions.
5. Assist in the monthly close process by providing accurate accruals and key financial figures.
6. Validate COOP agreements and coordinate retail development processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
7. Support the evaluation of new retail locations and the development of business plans.
8. Maintain and develop the corporate lease database.
9. Conduct cost, ratio, and trend analyses to identify financial irregularities and trends.
10. Perform independent monthly margin and P&L analyses.
11. Execute ad hoc analyses as directed by the Controlling Director.
12. Ensure accurate management of watch consignment and coordinate logistics for special sales events.
13. Recommend corrective measures to management based on financial analyses.
14. Participate in cross-division projects, offering process and control-related advice.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting role within a medium to large-sized organization.
3. Proficiency in SAP financial systems.
4. In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and conditions.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a corporate accounting role within a medium to large-sized organization is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
