1. Review, pre-validate, and set up Internal Orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and budgetary constraints.
2. Provide timely and accurate reporting packages and monthly analyses for the monthly close process.
3. Act as a finance partner to various brand scenarios, supporting wholesale and retail divisions in administrative and financial processes.
4. Assist in the monthly close process by providing accurate accruals and key marketing figures.
5. Review and validate COOP agreements for relevant brands.
6. Coordinate and document evaluations for new retail locations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
7. Support and pre-evaluate business plans to provide analytical information for management decision-making.
8. Participate in the maintenance and development of the corporate lease database.
9. Conduct cost, ratio, and trend analyses to identify irregularities and trends.
10. Perform monthly margin and P&L analysis independently.
11. Carry out ad hoc analyses as directed by the Controlling Director.
12. Ensure correct maintenance of watch consignment with brands.
13. Coordinate technical solutions and communication for off-site special sales events.
14. Recommend corrective measures to management based on analysis.
15. Participate in cross-division projects to provide process and control-related advice.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting role.
3. Proficiency with SAP financial systems.
4. Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a mid-sized or large corporate accounting role is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
