Swatch Group Brand Controller

- Review, pre-validate, and set up internal orders in SAP, ensuring correct accounting treatment and compliance with HQ policies.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting packages and monthly analyses related to the monthly close.
- Act as a finance partner to brands in various scenarios.
- Support wholesale/retail divisions in administrative/financial processes to ensure compliance with Group policies.
- Assist accounting in the monthly close process by providing correct accruals and key figures related to marketing.
- Review and validate COOP agreements for concerned brands.
- Coordinate and document the evaluation of new retail locations and retail development processes.
- Support and pre-evaluate business plans to provide analytical information for decision-making.
- Participate in the maintenance and development of the corporate lease database.
- Conduct cost analysis, ratio and trend analysis, and other comparative examinations.
- Perform monthly margin and P&L analysis to identify irregularities and trends.
- Carry out ad hoc analysis as directed by the Controlling Director.
- Ensure correct and proper maintenance of watch consignment with brands.
- Coordinate technical solutions and communication between departments for off-site special sales events.
- Recommend corrective measures to management.
- Participate in cross-division projects to provide process/control-related advice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting role
- Proficiency with the financial system SAP
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Flexible to adjust to changes in responsibilities, procedures, or working conditions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a middle-size or large-size corporate accounting role is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
