1. Oversee daily operations of the Omega boutique at Galeries Lafayette.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and customer engagement.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in French and English.
