1. Lead, motivate, and inspire employees to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Coach employees on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
3. Assist the Store Manager in generating and submitting reports.
4. Support the Store Manager with training and onboarding of new employees.
5. Provide input during interviews for potential employees.
6. Monitor employee selling skills and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Uphold all company and brand policies and procedures.
8. Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store functioning.
9. Manage banking and financial tasks as required.
10. Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
11. Implement systems to minimize loss through theft, fraud, and paperwork errors.
12. Liaise with logistics on stock discrepancies.
13. Retain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
14. Handle escalated customer complaints.
15. Mail out spare parts.
16. Uphold the highest level of professional customer service.

1. 2+ years experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisory role.
2. Previous staff management experience.

1. Established selling skills and understanding of KPIs.
2. Developed customer service skills.
3. Organized and efficient time management skills.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

A minimum of two years in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisory role, with proven staff management experience.
