Swatch Group Assistant Store Manager

- Lead, motivate, and inspire employees to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coach employees on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
- Assist the Store Manager in generating and submitting reports.
- Support the Store Manager with training and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide input during interviews for potential employees.
- Monitor employee selling skills and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold all company and brand policies and procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Manage banking and financial tasks as required.
- Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
- Implement systems to minimize loss through theft, fraud, and paperwork errors.
- Liaise with logistics on stock discrepancies.
- Retain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer complaints.
- Mail out spare parts.
- Uphold the highest level of professional customer service.
- 2+ years experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisory role.
- Previous staff management experience.
- Established selling skills and understanding of KPIs.
- Developed customer service skills.
- Organized and efficient time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A minimum of two years in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisory role, with proven staff management experience.
