1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the megastore.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
4. Coordinate and supervise staff activities, providing guidance and training as needed.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
6. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in French and English.
