1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the Swatch store at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and implementing marketing strategies.
4. Manage inventory and stock levels to optimize sales and minimize losses.
5. Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to enhance performance and productivity.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in French and English.
