1. Lead, motivate, and inspire employees to achieve sales targets
2. Coach employees on weekly KPI performance
3. Assist the Store Manager with reporting, training, onboarding, and interviews
4. Monitor and enhance employee selling skills
5. Ensure adherence to company and brand policies
6. Support day-to-day store operations for smooth functioning
7. Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising Guidelines
8. Address and resolve stock discrepancies
9. Ensure customer loyalty and manage escalated complaints
10. Provide exceptional customer service at all times

1. 2+ years of experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisory role

1. Established selling skills and understanding of KPIs
2. Advanced customer service skills
3. Organized and efficient time management
4. Excellent oral and written communication
5. Proficiency in computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial position within the retail sector, preferably in luxury goods.
