Swatch Group Assistant Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and managing the team.
- Act as the Boutique Manager's deputy in their absence.
- Motivate and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure the boutique maintains its local image and excellence.
- Oversee administrative and accounting tasks in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- Participate in a tailored training program focusing on product technicality, brand culture, and professional skill development.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales team management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and embody luxury sector values.
- Strong pedagogical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Recognized for service orientation and retail acumen.
- Results-driven with strong analytical skills for KPI analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Passion for horology is advantageous.
- Exemplary leadership skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent listening, service orientation, and availability.
- Team spirit and central role within the team.
A minimum of 3 years in sales team management within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce.
Participation in a comprehensive training program with four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.
