1. Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and managing the team.
2. Act as the Boutique Manager's deputy in their absence.
3. Motivate and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
4. Ensure the boutique maintains its local image and excellence.
5. Oversee administrative and accounting tasks in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
6. Participate in a tailored training program focusing on product technicality, brand culture, and professional skill development.

1. Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales team management.
3. Proven ability to communicate effectively and embody luxury sector values.
4. Strong pedagogical skills and excellent communication abilities.
5. Recognized for service orientation and retail acumen.
6. Results-driven with strong analytical skills for KPI analysis.
7. Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
8. Passion for horology is advantageous.
