1. Oversee and lead daily operations of the concession store in Myer, Melbourne.
2. Drive sales targets and ensure objectives are met.
3. Communicate targets and budgets clearly to the team.
4. Handle elevated customer complaints with professionalism.
5. Lead the team by setting high customer service standards.
6. Ensure all aspects of the selling cycle meet the highest standards.
7. Conduct regular staff training sessions.
8. Provide operations training, including concession cash register and stock checking.
9. Communicate important matters to the Multi-site Manager effectively.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a concession setting.
