- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is required.
