- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support internal communication and liaise with various departments.
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist position is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
