1. Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
2. Evaluate credit applications and establish credit limits for new and existing customers.
3. Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
4. Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and negotiate payment plans.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline credit and collection processes.
6. Maintain accurate records of all credit and collection activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit and collections.
3. Strong understanding of credit principles and accounts receivable processes.

1. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in credit and collections is required.
