1. Manage the processing of invoices and ensure timely payment to third-party suppliers and staff.
2. Assist managers and department coordinators with documentation related to purchases.
3. Prepare weekly payments, including EFT, BPAY, and foreign currency transactions.
4. Handle monthly intercompany payments and maintain the Accounts Payable Ledger.
5. Process manual journals for reclassification and month-end accrual entries.
6. Enter invoice data into SAP and perform monthly vendor reconciliations.
7. Ensure all payments are correctly authorized and coded.
8. Reconcile retail cash floats promptly.
9. Process urgent payment requests, including foreign currency transactions.

1. Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field.

1. Proven experience in Accounts Payable within a high-volume environment.
2. Proficiency in EFT payment processing.
3. Experience with staff expense payment and validation.
4. Familiarity with accruals and reconciliations.
5. Basic understanding of debits, credits, and General Ledger accounting codes.
6. Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills.

Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, particularly in a high-volume setting, with expertise in EFT payments and staff expense validation.

Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related discipline.
