1. Process invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Assist managers and coordinators with documentation related to purchases
3. Prepare weekly payments via EFT, BPAY, and foreign currency for suppliers and staff expenses
4. Prepare monthly intercompany payments and manage the Accounts Payable Ledger
5. Process manual journals for reclassification and month-end accrual entries
6. Enter invoice data into SAP
7. Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations
8. Ensure all transactions are correctly authorized and coded
9. Reconcile retail cash floats promptly
10. Handle urgent payment requests, including foreign currency transactions

1. Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field

1. Proven experience in Accounts Payable within a high-volume environment
2. Proficiency in EFT payments
3. Experience with high-volume staff expense payments and validation
4. Competence in accruals and reconciliations
5. Basic understanding of debits, credits, and General Ledger accounting codes
6. Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills

Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, particularly in high-volume settings, with a focus on staff expense validation and payment processing.

Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related discipline.
