1. Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
3. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
4. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
5. Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
6. Assist with month-end closing activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.

1. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
4. Effective communication skills.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
